Diamanthochzeit

Liebe Blogger,

ich habe ja versprochen, dass ich nun wieder häufiger poste. Und hier kommt schon ein weiteres Werk von mir. Meine Großeltern hatten ihren 60. Hochzeitstag und dazu entstand diese Karte. Der Hintergrund ist mit der Cuttlebug geprägt und das Hochzeitsbild wurde in schwarz-weiß gedruckt und mit Distress Inks eingefärbt. Dieses klebt auf einer alten Gesangbuchseite, die eines der Lieder zeigt, die im Gottesdienst anlässlich des Jubiläums gesungen wurden. Passend dazu habe ich auch noch das Deckblatt für den Gottesdienst gestaltet, welches ihr unten sehen könnt. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch!

I promised to show you a few more of my results. And here is another one. My grandparents were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary and for that the following card was made. The background was embossed with the Cuttlebug and I printed the photo in black and white and coloured it with distress inks. The photo was stuck to an old choral book page with one of the songs on it that was sung in the church service. I also designed the cover for the songbook used in the church services which you can see on the bottom. I hope you like it!

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich habe nun endlich mit meinem Vintage Familienalbum angefangen, für das ich bereits die ersten Dinge vor einigen Jahren gebastelt hatte. Hier seht ihr die ersten Seiten. Sie zeigen meinen Vater, als er nur wenige Jahre alt war.
In den nächsten Wochen werde ich sicherlich noch die eine oder andere Seite aus dem Album zeigen.

I finally started to create my vintage family album. The first things for it were already created a couple of years ago and you can now see the first few pages. They are showing my father when he was only 4 years old.
In the next few weeks I will show you a couple of more pages.

Just a little work today...

Hi guys,
I´m working at the Champions Trophy in hockey at the moment so I don´t have that much time to craft. But I didn´t participate in the Kard Krazy Challenge for two weeks and I really wanted to do it this time. This week a guest hostess gave us a template and I made this out of it:
It´s a photo of my grandma from 1949 and I use it for a vintage family book that I´m going to create. Hope you like it!
