Tim Holtz Tag Juni 2015

Hallo zusammen,

endlich komme ich wieder dazu, eins der Tim Holtz Tags nachzubasteln. Es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen und mit ein paar kleinen Tricks bin ich ganz gut an das Original herangekommen. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch!

I finally managed to create another Tim Holtz Tag. I really liked it and I also was able to craft it, with the help of a few little tricks. I hope you like it!

Tim Holtz Mai Tag

Hallo Blogger,

ich komme im Moment wirklich nicht viel zum Basteln, aber Tim Holtz´ Tag musste ich wieder ausprobieren. Auch wenn mein Tag wirklich nicht viel Ähnlichkeit hat, aber er hat mich schon inspiriert. Also habe versucht das Tag so zu machen, wie ich es machen konnte. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch trotzdem!

at the moment I don´t find much time to craft but I had to give Tim Holtz´tag a try. My tag isn´t very close to his but he really inspired me. So I tried to do the best out of it and I hope you still like it!

Tim Holtz April Tag

Hallo zusammen,

schon wieder ist ein Monat um und bei Tim Holtz gibt es das nächste Tag. Und natürlich musste ich mich wieder daran versuchen, auch wenn ich die vielen Utensilien gar nicht habe. Aber das macht nichts, denn inspiriert hat es mich trotzdem und ich habe versucht, das Beste draus zu machen.
Die Metallteile habe ich mit Acrylfarben und kupfernem Embossingpulver gefärbt. Der Hintergrund sind Acrylfarben, Distress Inks und Glimmer Mist.

Hi everybody,

one month is already over and Tom Holtz created his new tag for April. And of course I had to try it. It don´t have all the things he used but that doesn´t matter. The tag inspired me and I tried my best.  The metal pieces are coloured with acrylic paints and copper embossing powder. The background is made by acrylic paints, Distress Inks and Glimmer Mist.

Tim Holtz March Tag

Hi Blogger,

schon bald ist Ostern und natürlich stehen jede Menge Osterbasteleien an. Auch bei Tim Holtz, bei dem es bei den "12 Tags of 2013" im Monat März um Osterhasen geht. Hier seht ihr meinen Entwurf.
Leider konnte ich selbst auf der Creativa nicht Tims Hintergrundpapier entdecken. Da musste ich mir anderweitig helfen. Meine Creativa-Ausbeute seht ihr auch unten.

Easter is coming soon and of course lots of Easter crafting needs to be done. Also on Tim´s blog where Easter bunnies are his theme at "12 tags of 2013" in March. Here you can see my idea. Unfortunately  I couldn´t even find his background paper on Creativa (Europe´s biggest craft fair). Therefore I had to find a different solution.
You can also see the many items I bought on Creativa this year.

Scrapbook a Tag

Good afternoon again,

Kard Krazy has a really cool challenge today. They want us to create a tag in the same way we would create a scrapbook page. Two weeks ago I showed you the tag I had done with my Grandma on it. For the same purpose, a vintage family book, I created a little tag with my Granddad. It will be part of a page one day. Hopefully I can get the work started soon!

Here is my tag:Unfortunately it didn´t came out in the way I imagined it. But I hope the page will look great in the end....

No Paper...

Hi there,
I´m back from my holidays by the sea...and started crafting as soon as I got back. Luckily some of the challenges used the "By the sea"-theme, so I´m able to dream about my holidays a little bit longer. Kard Krazy wanted us to create a tag this week without using paper as the background. I have a roll of wallpaper here to recycle, so I used that and created this scene with the iris folding technique. I did use paper for the boat, but the tag itself is wallpaper. The ship is from the Circle of Crafters, you should check their website, they have free templates for iris folding.I will enter this tag into the following challenges:

Wild Wild West

Hi there in Blogland,
I´m going on holiday tomorrow, so I had to finish some projects today. The little cowboy card was done for the blog hop on Daisy Doodles Creative Challenge. The theme was "Western" and you had to create a card plus one other item. My other item is a tag, where I can write the name of the "Little Cowboy" on the back. I hope you like it!

Just a little work today...

Hi guys,
I´m working at the Champions Trophy in hockey at the moment so I don´t have that much time to craft. But I didn´t participate in the Kard Krazy Challenge for two weeks and I really wanted to do it this time. This week a guest hostess gave us a template and I made this out of it:
It´s a photo of my grandma from 1949 and I use it for a vintage family book that I´m going to create. Hope you like it!

Crafty Tuesday - mein Tag in der Sonne und am Schreibtisch

Hallo zusammen,
es ist wieder Dienstag und viele neue Challenges starten heute. So habe ich heute bereits 2 Werke fertig stellen können. Das eine ist eine Aufgabe bei Kard Krazy, wo man ein Summer Tag erstellen sollte. Ich weiß nicht, ob man es so gut erkennen kann, aber im Hintergrund habe ich mehrere Palmen gestempelt. Dazu habe ich ein Caipirinha-Glas gebastelt und unten rechts findet ihr das Rezept dazu.
Bei Tuesday Taggers geht es heute um Hochzeit. Zum Glück musste ich noch eine Karte für die Hochzeit einer Freundin basteln, also habe ich das gleich in Angriff genommen.
Hi everybody,
It´s Tuesday again and many challenges have started today. Due to the hot weather (I spent the day in the sun and at my cooled desk) I created two projects already. Kard Krazy was asking for a Summer Tag. I don´t know if you are able to see it but I stamped the background with palms and then I wrote the Caipirinha recipe in the bottom right corner. I tried to create a 3D Caipirinha glass and I hope you like it.

Also I did another wedding card for my friend because the topic for Tuesday Taggers is "Wedding".

Use a stamp... Die Briefmarkenchallenge

Hallo zusammen,
vielen Dank für die vielen lieben Kommentare zu meinen Werken! Ich freue mich wirklich sehr! Mein Blog ist immer noch im Aufbau, ich weiß auch noch nicht ganz genau wie alles funktioniert, aber das wird sicher noch. In der Zwischenzeit widme ich mich einfach meinen Werken. Und hier ist auch schon das nächste:
Die Aufgabe bei Kard Krazy war, eine Briefmarke, ob echt oder unecht war egal, in ein Tag einzubauen. Da habe ich doch mal eben in meiner Briefmarkenkiste gewühlt und wieder was gebastelt. Herausgekommen ist ein kleines Geschenk für meine Gastmama in Neuseeland, durch die ich erst zum Basteln gekommen bin. Ich vermiss dich!!!

Thanks a lot for all those lovely comments about my pieces of art ;). I really appreciate that!!! My Blog is still in the building process, I haven´t really figured out how everything works, but I keep trying. In the meantime I keep creating things, and here is the next one. The task for Kard Krazy was to create something with a stamp, either fake or real. So I pulled out my stamp box and tried to come up with an idea. This tag is for my hostmum in New Zealand who taught me a lot. I miss you! (And the tag will be in the mail the next couple of weeks, promise!)

Vintage Bookmark

Hallo zusammen,
auf der Seite von Tuesday Taggers habe ich kurz vor dem Ende die Vintage Bookmark Challenge entdeckt. Bis jetzt habe ich noch nicht viele Vintage-Sachen gebastelt, aber ich habe mich mal daran versucht.

Für das Lesezeichen habe ich mir beigen Tonkarton zurecht geschnitten und diesen mit Distress Ink von Ranger (antique linen) eingefärbt. Die Bordüren sind ein Tortendeckchen, welches ich eingefärbt und ausgeschnitten habe. So ist auch die Blume entstanden. Das ganze wurde dann noch mit Schriftstempeln bestempelt und die Ränder mit Distress Ink (alles vintage photo) geinkt. Schon fertig! ;)

Auch für die "No Cards" Challenge bei Timbroscrapmania habe ich das Lesezeichen eingereicht.

P.S.: Mit dem Lesezeichen habe ich sogar die Challenge bei Tuesday Taggers gewonnen und darf Gastdesignerin sein. Ich freu mich sehr!
