Tim Holtz Tag Juni 2015

Hallo zusammen,

endlich komme ich wieder dazu, eins der Tim Holtz Tags nachzubasteln. Es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen und mit ein paar kleinen Tricks bin ich ganz gut an das Original herangekommen. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch!

I finally managed to create another Tim Holtz Tag. I really liked it and I also was able to craft it, with the help of a few little tricks. I hope you like it!

Tim Holtz Mai Tag

Hallo Blogger,

ich komme im Moment wirklich nicht viel zum Basteln, aber Tim Holtz´ Tag musste ich wieder ausprobieren. Auch wenn mein Tag wirklich nicht viel Ähnlichkeit hat, aber er hat mich schon inspiriert. Also habe versucht das Tag so zu machen, wie ich es machen konnte. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch trotzdem!

at the moment I don´t find much time to craft but I had to give Tim Holtz´tag a try. My tag isn´t very close to his but he really inspired me. So I tried to do the best out of it and I hope you still like it!

Tim Holtz April Tag

Hallo zusammen,

schon wieder ist ein Monat um und bei Tim Holtz gibt es das nächste Tag. Und natürlich musste ich mich wieder daran versuchen, auch wenn ich die vielen Utensilien gar nicht habe. Aber das macht nichts, denn inspiriert hat es mich trotzdem und ich habe versucht, das Beste draus zu machen.
Die Metallteile habe ich mit Acrylfarben und kupfernem Embossingpulver gefärbt. Der Hintergrund sind Acrylfarben, Distress Inks und Glimmer Mist.

Hi everybody,

one month is already over and Tom Holtz created his new tag for April. And of course I had to try it. It don´t have all the things he used but that doesn´t matter. The tag inspired me and I tried my best.  The metal pieces are coloured with acrylic paints and copper embossing powder. The background is made by acrylic paints, Distress Inks and Glimmer Mist.

Tim Holtz March Tag

Hi Blogger,

schon bald ist Ostern und natürlich stehen jede Menge Osterbasteleien an. Auch bei Tim Holtz, bei dem es bei den "12 Tags of 2013" im Monat März um Osterhasen geht. Hier seht ihr meinen Entwurf.
Leider konnte ich selbst auf der Creativa nicht Tims Hintergrundpapier entdecken. Da musste ich mir anderweitig helfen. Meine Creativa-Ausbeute seht ihr auch unten.

Easter is coming soon and of course lots of Easter crafting needs to be done. Also on Tim´s blog where Easter bunnies are his theme at "12 tags of 2013" in March. Here you can see my idea. Unfortunately  I couldn´t even find his background paper on Creativa (Europe´s biggest craft fair). Therefore I had to find a different solution.

Tim Holtz Tattered Floral Challenge

Hallo Blogger,

seit ein paar Tagen gibt es bei Tim Holtz eine tolle Challenge. Man soll mit der Tattered Flowers Stanze Blüten basteln. Dazu darf man die Farben und Materialen nach Belieben aussuchen. Ich habe kein Grungeboard, also musste Pappe (und ein paar alte Toilettenpapierrollen) herhalten. Diese ist mit Seiten aus einem alten Gesangbuch beklebt und mit allen möglichen Farben eingefärbt. Unter anderem kamen Distress Inks, Acrylfarben, Glimmer Mist und Stickles zum Einsatz.
Eine kleine Fertigblume und etwas Spitze habe ich auch in die Blüte gemischt. Die Blätter habe ich per Hand ausgeschnitten.
Mit der Blüte sieht meine alte Lieblingstasche doch wieder super aus, oder? ;)

Hello Blogger,

since a couple of days there is a really cool challenge on Tim Holtz´ blog. We should be crafting flowers with the tattered flowers die. You can use any colours and materials. Because I don´t have grunge board I used card board (also a few old toilet rolls). I attached pages from an old church choral book and coloured them with many different colours. For example I used Distress Inks, Glimmer Mist, acrylic paints and Stickles. One old fabric flower and some lace was also included. I cut the leaves per hand just the way I liked them.

With this cool flower my old favourite handbag looks nice and new again, what do you think? ;)

Tim Holtz Februar Tag

Hallo Blogger,

in diesem Monat habe ich mich zum ersten Mal an einem von Tim Holtz inspirierten Tag probiert. Er nutzte einen "Queen of Hearts"-Stempel, den ich leider nicht habe. So musste ein Set Spielkarten dran glauben.
Der Hintergrund des Tags ist gewischt, das Band komplett mit einem Gedicht bestempelt.

Ich denke, dass ich das Tag prima als Geschenk am Valentinstag nutzen kann.

Dear Blogger,

This month I tried to create a tag inspired by Tim Holtz. He used his "Queen of Hearts"-stamp which I don´t have. So I used an old card game...
The background of the tag is done with Distress Inks and I stamped the band with a poem stamp.

I think the tag is a perfect gift for Valentines Day.
